Eco-run des Cardons

Are you a sports enthusiast looking for a new challenge? Join us for the Eco-run des Cardons in Vaulx-en-Velin, a sporting event that takes place in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It's the perfect opportunity to combine sport, nature and conviviality!

Whatever your level, there's a race for you:

• 5 km race: Flat course, ideal for beginners or for those looking for a bit of speed, but also for people with disabilities. The bib is only €7.
• 1 km children's race: Perfect for introducing the youngest to running. The bib is €5.
• 13 km race: With a positive elevation gain of 47 meters, this is a course that offers a little more of a challenge. The bib is €14.
• 23 km race: For the more experienced, a 23 km course with a positive elevation gain of 93 meters. The bib is €25.
• 13 km walk: For those who prefer walking, a 13 km course. The bib is €14.

By participating in the Eco-run des Cardons, you are not only participating in a race, you are joining a community of passionate and committed athletes. So, ready to put on your sneakers?

This year, part of the profits from the event will be donated to the association "Ensemble, On Dit Cap" for a young man from Vaud with multiple disabilities.

On March 8, the association will donate 50% of the amount of the day's registrations into the "366 challenges against cancer" kitty led by Rémi Pullara (physical preparation for Olympique Lyonnais Féminin) for the benefit of the Léon Bérard Center.

And after the race, why not take advantage of the presence of the Grand Parc Miribel Jonage, one of the largest urban parks in France, located not far from Vaulx-en-Velin. A perfect place to relax and recover after the effort.
