The Foulée de la Marquise is much more than a running event; it is also the name of the association that oversees it. This name celebrates the magnificent castle of the Marquise de Sévigné, perched in Grignan, one of the most beautiful villages on the edge of Provence.

What you will find there:

• An 11.5 km route that will leave you with some aches and pains but great memories!
• Liquid supplies at km 2, 5 and 9, as well as at the finish.
• Running enthusiasts ready to share this adventure with you!

Focus on the course:

Starting from the village hall, the route offers you a hilly and varied loop: two thirds of dirt roads, one third of tarmac road. Expect two serious climbs: a first 300-meter hill at the 5th kilometer and a second 600-meter hill at the 8th kilometer. This is where it gets tough! You climb, you descend, you discover new landscapes at each bend. Each stride brings you closer to a memorable experience.
