Foulée de la marquise

La Foulée de la Marquise is much more than a running event; it's also the name of the association that oversees it. This name celebrates the magnificent castle of the Marquise de Sévigné, perched in Grignan, one of the most beautiful villages on the edge of Provence.

• An 11.5 km route that will leave you with some aches and pains but great memories!
• Liquid refreshments at km 2, 5 and 9, as well as at the finish.

Focus on the route:

Starting from the village hall, the route offers you a hilly and varied loop: two-thirds dirt roads, one-third paved road. Expect two serious climbs: a 300-meter hill at the 5th kilometer and a second 600-meter hill at the 8th kilometer. This is where it gets tough! You climb, you descend, you discover new landscapes at every turn. Each stride brings you closer to a memorable experience.
