La Foulée de la Marquise is much more than a running event; it is also the name of the association that oversees it. This name celebrates the magnificent château of the Marquise de Sévigné, perched in Grignan, one of the most beautiful villages on the edge of Provence.

Focus on the course:
Starting from the village hall, the course takes you on a hilly and varied loop: two thirds dirt paths, one third paved road. Expect two serious climbs: a first hill of 300 metres at the 5th kilometre and a second of 600 metres at the 8th kilometre. That's where it gets tough! You climb, you descend, you discover new landscapes at every turn. Every stride brings you closer to a memorable experience.
