Generali Genève Marathon

Need an excuse to gorge yourself on chocolate? Head to Geneva for one of the biggest marathons in Switzerland - which has nothing to envy France when it comes to running.

What you will find there:

• One of the most beautiful marathons in Europe and a finish facing the famous water jet;

• Eight races on the program;

• Instructions, supplies and pacemakers.

Focus on the course:

Organised every year in the spring, the Generali Geneva Marathon is one of the fastest marathons in Switzerland! Its rolling courses are all conducive to records, whether you are taking part in the marathon, the half-marathon, the 10 km or the 5 km. While some races start in the surrounding countryside (no fewer than 12 villages crossed!), all the events end with a lap of honour on the banks of Lake Geneva. Starrrr.

Bonus: the 10 km is run at night. An adventure to experience once in your life!

As for entertainment, the party is in full swing during the 3 days of the event. Entertaining nearly 20,000 runners is no easy feat! Finally, several junior races get your little ones jogging (enough to keep them relaxed on the way home).
