Do you like running? Do you like sweating? Do you like to mix things up? You'll love the H-Race. Welcome to the wonderful world of hybrid racing!
What you'll find there:
• As the concept suggests, you'll find a perfectly curated course alternating between running and cross training. Bike, farmer carry, ski, you'll have a blast;
• Dozens of friends ready to battle it out on the starting line, with whom you can share a large glass of electrolytes at the finish!
Course focus:
While initially, the challenge was only open to law enforcement, now you can join the festivities. Civilians and law enforcement officers gather under one roof to give it their all, right down to the last burpee worthy of the name.
For a quick recap (and to make sure you don't skip any exercises in training), you'll be doing: running, skiing, sled push & pull, DB box step over, cycling, farmer carries, broad jump burpees (hello little frog), rowing, and finally wall ball shots. We're tired just writing them down.
Whether you're a runner or a fan of cross training or bodybuilding, the H-Race is the opportunity to test your ability to change disciplines. And what a joy! Whether you're a single or a duo (some moral and physical support never hurts), it's a great playground for you to explore for a day.
