Certainly one of the most beautiful courses offered on the Backyard format in France! It is in the heart of the Île d'Aix that you will embark on an extraordinary human and sporting adventure.

The concept is simple:

• 1 loop of 6.7 km
• 1 departure every hour
• Each participant who has completed the loop in time to set off again continues the race.

Yes, it can last a long time. Or not. That's the beauty of this format, whatever your level you'll get caught up in the game and define your own strategy to last.

Please note that to be considered a finisher you must complete your last loop started.
