La Balade Flamande is the only time of year when sweating with your mates in Flanders becomes a (perfectly valid) excuse to clink glasses on your bike.

Route spotlight:
Starting from Merville, the home base of Brasserie du Pays Flamand, you're about to ride through the open countryside, between hop fields, open land and the charming little country roads typical of inner Flanders. The route takes you to discover the breweries of (French) Flanders while taking in its magnificent landscapes — and for the more adventurous, it'll even have you climbing the highest peaks in the north! Here, we ride seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, we taste, we laugh, and we cross the finish line with a smile… and maybe a little foam on the moustache. Thirsty for fun? Hop on your saddle and come see for yourself.
Three loops, three vibes:
30 km: a discovery ride to get your legs going, with a tasty stop at Bellenaert brewery in Bailleul.
65 km: a little more burn in the calves, and in addition to Bellenaert, you'll stop off at the legendary 3 Monts in Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel, and the Mont Cassel brewery.
92 and 115 km: now we're talking the full package! A great ride through hills and hop fields with visits to Bellenaert, 3 Monts, Mont Cassel and Thiriez in Esquelbecq to finish in style.
