La Balade Flamande

The Flemish Ride is the only time of year when sweating it out with friends in Flanders becomes a (perfectly valid) excuse to toast on your bike.

What you'll find there:

• Four distances to pedal all day long: 30 km, 65 km, 92 km or 115 km;
• A food truck, to recharge your batteries after riding like a crazy person. Not to mention the stopover points which are none other than breweries... ;
• Typical landscapes of the region Hauts-de-France, and a route that runs along the Lys. Enough to recharge your batteries as you should.

Route focus:

Starting from Blaringhem, the stronghold of the Brasserie du Pays Flamand, you're about to ride in the countryside, between hop fields, fields and small bucolic roads typical of inland Flanders. The route takes you to flirt with the surroundings of Saint-Martin-d'Hardinghem, Boëseghem, or even the outskirts of Nieurlet depending on the format chosen. Here, we ride seriously without taking ourselves seriously, we taste, we laugh, and we cross the finish line with a smile... and maybe a little foam on the mustache. Are you thirsty for fun? Get on your saddle and come see it.

3 (super) reasons to participate:

• The 33cL offered at the finish (apple juice for the kids, obviously);
• Cross the most beautiful corners of Flanders without having to sprint. It's not the finish that counts, it's the quest (or the refreshment stands) 😉;
• Try to surpass yourself and aim for a distance you've never ridden before. With such an atmosphere, it's the perfect opportunity!
