The Grand Paris Express Race is aptly named. We don't know about the "express" side - 10 km, a half or a marathon, personally, it takes us a few hours. But for the Grandiose side, then there, we agree!
What you will find on site:
• Four distances including a children's race. Everyone is served!
• Pacemakers on the 10 km and the half marathon, musical entertainment;
• Local and anit-gaspi refreshments;
• A village where you can pick up your race number, stroll between the stands and pay your credit card;
Course focus:
In terms of a grand finish, the Grand Paris Express Grand Course is a good fit for you. Your final stretch? The athletics track at the Stade de France. That's it.
For the 10 km and the half-marathon, you'll visit Paris along some of the capital's emblematic monuments (République, the Rotonde Stalingrad, the Géode, etc.). And you'll enjoy the banks of the Seine with a few markers along the Canal Saint-Martin and the Canal de l'Ourcq.
For the marathon, there's a VIP atmosphere. The organizers give you access to the Olympic facilities at the Olympic Aquatic Center and the Athletes' Village. Nice.
Finally, no elevation = no burnt quads 😉 Choose your distance and roll out your legs until the finish!
3 (super) reasons to participate:
• A particularly friendly emblematic Parisian race;
• Very privileged access to historic sports structures;
• Become a Great Runner of the Grande Course du Grand Paris. With a pretty wooden medal.
