La montée du Mont Thou

Ready for a sensational challenge in the magnificent Monts d'Or, right next to Lyon? The MMT is more than a race, it's an adventure with the authentic local spirit.

The start is given in Saint-Romain-au-Mont-d'Or, in the middle of the festival of lights. The luminous atmosphere will accompany you for 3.5 km with 400 meters of positive elevation gain, it promises to be heavy!

The concept? Simple and effective: delayed start every 30 seconds, you fight against the clock to reach the summit of Mont Thou. Between tough climbs and more rolling sections, the course has everything to challenge you.

And when you arrive? The volunteers will warm you up with a nice glass of mulled wine. The return is done quietly at your own pace.

Additional charge of €5 if you register on site.

Poles allowed. Headlamp, eco-cup, warm clothing for the descent and survival blanket mandatory!
