La pastourelle

No need to go into exile across the Atlantic to experience the vertigo of wide open spaces. Your playground: the volcanic massif of Cantal. Choose your discipline (rando, trail or VTT) and we'll meet in Salers for the rest of the adventure!

What you'll find there:

• Le Puy Mary, with its view of the largest volcano in Europe;

• One of the most beautiful villages in France. Medieval atmosphere guaranteed. On the road, the beggars;

• 4 trails: a 10 km 100% women and a team trail, a 31 km, a 60 km, 2 mountain bike races and 2 hiking trails;

• Shuttles, supplies, showers, physiotherapists, water point to clean your mountain bike, it's all there.

Focus on the trail:

Picturesque houses made of lava stone, dizzying ridges, green valleys, ramparts dating from the 15th century, you're going to be amazed. On the program for this edition, several race formats: from the legendary 60 km Trail du grand cirque to the MTB Raid (electric or muscular) and the Saturday hiking. In total, more than 8 events are offered by the organization, not to mention the athletic awakening for children.

La Pastourelle is also an ode to the land, to celebration and to nature. Under the huge marquee, gourmets will be able to savor the culinary treasures of Cantal. Sweating to eliminate Salers is the life we have chosen. A unique atmosphere, carried by the sounds of local folklore and a top-notch team!
