You will run 4 stages (4 days) alone, in pairs or in trios. The first stage will be composed of 35.90 kilometers with a D of 3705 meters, the second of 50.76 kilometers with a D of 5567 meters, the third of 46 kilometers and 5272 of D and to finish you will give everything on 39 kilometers and 4844 meters of D. A total of 171.66 kilometers!

On the menu: mountains, bivouacs every evening and a departure from Saint-Jean-d'Aulps.
