Le Grand Prix de Dour

The Grand Prix de Dour, an unmissable stage of the Challenge des Belles du Haut-Pays, awaits you for a unique sporting experience!

 

What you will find on site:

• A 10 km or 5 km course of your choice, running or walking.

• A pleasant setting with varied paths between dirt and asphalt.

• Showers, changing rooms, toilets, parking, snacks and a bar to relax after the effort.

• Prizes for the first M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 3 M & F in each category on the 5 km, for the first 5 ... Focus on the course:

The course is rather fast and pleasant, with a nice mix of terrain, false flats and cobbled passages. Nothing too difficult, but a little challenge from time to time with a false flat and a bank to cross. The course is accessible and suitable for different levels of participants, ideal for testing your endurance.
