Le trail des 3 pucelles

Starting from the Portes du Vercors in Seyssins (38), come and take part in this race which combines history and beautiful panoramas!

For 2 years, the event has implemented an eco-responsible charter, the first quantitative effects of which are felt by the awarding of the Trail Runner Foundation label in the areas: local and responsible, soft mobility, kids and zero plastic waste.

Proud of the work accomplished and pioneers in this approach, the organization is once again offering clean races this year in order to maintain our TRF label and continue to raise awareness/convince the trailer community.

By registering, you express the desire to participate in a sporting race in the great outdoors with a bib, whether alone, with family or with friends.

Several routes await you:

• Trail de la tour sans Venin : 15km and 680m D , walking through the Vouillants woods and the GR9, you will pass by the Tour sans Venin which overlooks Grenoble. Detailed route here . 👈

• Trail des 3 Pucelles : 23km and 1100m D , both rolling and steep, the climb will take you to St Nizier. A technical and fast descent will bring you back to Seyssins.

This magnificent route in the Vouillants woods and along the tram tracks will allow you to admire the old Olympic ski jump. From below and from above! Detailed route here . 👈

• Steep climb to St Nizier : this old-fashioned race back on track will allow you to challenge the foothills of the Vercors to reach the Olympic ski jump (12km / 1130m D ). Detailed route here . 👈 The descent by the T3P shuttle to the François Mitterrand park in Seyssins is included in the registration fee.

A "challenge" ranking based on cumulative times is offered to all runners participating in the 3 Pucelles solo trail (23 km) and the dry climb.

Alone or in pairs, register without delay for this event organized by the association le trail des 3 Pucelles.

Liquid refreshment at km 7 on the 3 races, and at km 12 and 19 for the trail des 3 pucelles. On each race, full refreshment at the finish.

The races take place on mountainous terrain and in semi-autonomy. You will need to bring a water supply, an eco-cup, race food, a windbreaker, in case the weather is bad, and your mobile phone. Poles allowed.
