Marathon du Mont-Blanc

Trail, hiking, ultra-trail, vertical kilometer… So many formats to find at the Mont Blanc Marathon. In addition to the marathon format, of course. Grab your bib and let's go for the experience of a lifetime!

What you will find there:

• A Trail Camp with some of the biggest 100% outdoor brands;

• Expanses of forest, green plains and dizzying mountains;

• 8 races ranging from 350 m D+ to 6330 m D+;

• Supplies (be careful, you are semi-autonomous!), first aid stations, toilets, in short, the essentials for a comfortable trail (we understand each other).

Focus on the course:

On the program: mountain slopes, spectacular panoramas, snow-capped peaks of Mont Blanc, surrounded by thousands of trail runners and supporters.

The 90 km, 42 km and 10 km races start and finish in Chamonix. You do a loop, heading for Switzerland which you will reach on the 90 km trail. The opportunity to say hello to the neighbors! The marathon route follows the ultra via the Tête du Prapator, Le Petit Balcon Nord, the Aiguilette des Posettes… before a clever U-turn before the border.

Trail runner of the 23 km, don't miss the exit at Montroc or you'll embark on a completely different plan for which you didn't sign up 🥲 Expected arrival at Planpraz where you'll meet the runners of the Vertical Kilometer. Who, themselves, will have just completed 3.8 km of climbing against the clock as splendid as it is STEEP. To each his own challenge!

Warning: some of the trails require a good level. Find out before you start, prepare yourself in advance and enjoy!
