Focus Course

Hold on to your socks, the Oxy'Trail has some surprises in store for you. You'll discover unsuspected landscapes in the Paris region. From forests to vast plains, via winding paths, cute bodies of water and castles that pop. Yes, all that. Choose one of the three original routes (5, 13 or 23 km) and set off to conquer the most beautiful monuments in Île-de-France! The 800 volunteers and the numerous refreshment points are there to give you energy from the first to the last kilometer.

Do you prefer to stroll quietly? Sign up for Nordic walking, you won't miss a crumb of the landscape.

3 good reasons to participate

• Take up the challenge of the 500 m Oxy'Go, a race within the race;

• Be a committed runner by donating to the various associations in the Oxy'Trail village;

• Stroll through Noisiel Park, a perfectly preserved green setting in the capital.
