Sur les traces de Vauban

Ready to take on the fortifications of Gravelines? Here, every kilometer is a dive into history (and sometimes into the mud). Between trails, sand, walls and a high-energy atmosphere, come and leave your mark on this unique playground.

What you'll find on site:

• A busy program: trails and walks between 10 km and 32 km, and children's races. There is something for every calf;

• Late-day departures to add some spice (and a headlamp) to the adventure;

• A great atmosphere on the courses and in the village: live music on the route, sea dog carnival, rock concert, not to mention the food and entertainment;

• Well-placed refreshment points to recharge your batteries without collapsing on a rampart.

Focus Course:

Get out your lamp and your fluorescent clothing to set off to conquer the northern beaches! On the Traces de Vauban you will find different races for all levels, from the 10 km challenge to the +30 km for the most die-hard. Not forgetting the marche nordique and the rando for a more contemplative version, and the children's races for future champions. The races are at night, which makes the places crossed even more spectacular: the ramparts of the citadel, the Olympic park on the banks of the Aa, the beach of Gravelines, the Forts Philippe... All sprinkled with an atmosphere with a Nord sauce, with concerts and excited volunteers. In short, we understand why the 4,000 bibs go so quickly each year.
