Trail des cuisses

It's going to warm your thighs, and not just a little! The Trail des Cuisses organized by the EVSP invites you to a unique night adventure. Take your legs and your headlamp, because you're going to run (fairly technical) courses in the middle of nature: 11 km or 16 km. Yes, it's going to be sporty, but what a sport!

What you'll find on site:

• Night courses made up of 85% paths and trails (watch where you put your feet!)

• Liquid refreshment point about 5km from the end (don't forget your eco-cup!) But also at the finish, a delicious onion soup, homemade cakes and mulled wine to warm you up and the legendary pizza/beer combo for gourmands. Because sport is also fun!

• And to top it all off, each participant will leave with a welcome package.

A great reason to participate:

You can register solo or in a duo! Each duo is made up of two runners, regardless of gender. Each member chooses one of the two races and is ranked individually, with a chance to get on the podium and win rewards.

The team ranking is done by adding up the places of each member in the race. The team with the lowest score wins. In the event of a tie, the team with the best position on the long course wins.
