On the program: a journey through time, heading to the past of the city of Besançon and its forts listed as UNESCO heritage sites.

Focus on the routes:

Whether you're here for a thrill or a first experience, the Trail des Forts has what you need ! The flagship course of 62 km and 2350 m D+ takes you from urban peaks to wooded hills via historic forts. Fancy a softer format? Choose from the other distances, from 11 to 42 km, which will also have you walking the ramparts of the Citadel and enjoying an unparalleled viewpoint.

To all the kids in the assembly: no jealousy, you also have something to run.

Bonus challenge: the strong ones can measure themselves against the special triptych (22 km + CLM 5 km + 11 km). A quest on another level for those who really want more!

3 (very) good reasons to participate

• Pretend you're a valiant knight on the road to save the damsels, minus the chainmail;

• Do trail running without going to the mountains (but not without elevation gain);
