Trail des grottes
Sports and nature lovers, come and experience a unique adventure at the Trail des Grottes de St Christophe, a sporting experience in the heart of the Massif de la Chartreuse regional natural park!
What you will find on site:
• Routes that cross the legendary Saint-Christophe caves, with a passage to the lower cave (mandatory walk).
• Refreshments at km 6, km 14 (for the 20 km) and at the finish.
• An exceptional natural setting, in the heart of the Massif de la Chartreuse.
• A guided tour of the caves after the race and a guided tour at a promotional rate (reservation required)
• A small catering service.
3 very good reasons to participate:
• A unique route in a breathtaking setting.
• A sporting challenge with a mandatory passage through the lower cave.

What's included
Practical information
On-site registration is not possible. A €5 surcharge will apply from March 27 at 11:59 p.m., except for hiking.
Departures and arrivals: Accueil des Grottes, 3796 Route de Chambéry, RD 10006, 73360 Saint-Christophe-la-Grotte.
Collection of race numbers:
• Saturday, March 29, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Sunday, March 30, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Pins will not be provided.
Entertainment:
Guided tour of the caves, offered with registration (ON RESERVATION ONLY).
Guided tour at promotional rate (BY RESERVATION ONLY).
Equipment to bring:
• Eco-cup for drinks.
• Shoes suitable for mountain trail running.
• Charged mobile phone.
