Trail des grottes

Lovers of sports and nature, don't miss the Trail des grottes de St Christophe! This exceptional sporting experience invites you to explore the Massif de la Chartreuse regional natural park, with its famous caves. During the race, you will cross the lower cave. It is essential to note that this place is a protected natural site, and walking is mandatory during this portion of the course. Prepare yourself for an unforgettable adventure in an idyllic setting.

• Hiking and Trail 10 km

• Grand cave trail 20 km

A full refreshment point is planned at km 6 and at the finish of each event. An additional refreshment point will be available at km 13 for the 20 km trail. Bring an eco-cup for drinks! It is imperative that you have with you a pair of shoes suitable for mountain trail running, a charged mobile phone, a whistle, a survival blanket, a water reserve of at least 500 ml and a food ration.

And don't forget, after the effort, the comfort. Take advantage of your presence in Saint-Christophe to discover in depth the famous caves. A place of local interest that is worth the detour!

The use of poles is permitted.
