The routes will be revealed on site.
Only runners in the 25km and 18km races will have refreshment points with solid food. For the other races, there will be just drinks. You will receive a bag with things to eat before the race, and you will have to bring your own container for drinks during the race. At the finish, there will be a more substantial refreshment point!
Mandatory equipment for the 25 km and 18 km: 1 liter water reserve, food reserve, mobile phone, crampon shoes.
Recommended equipment for all events: depending on the weather: survival blanket, windbreaker, warm clothing, a whistle.
Poles are allowed on the courses.

Practical information
Le Trail des 7 Laux 2026 will take place on Sunday, July 26, 2026 at the 7 Laux resort site in Prapoutel (Isère)
All these races have a start and finish (complete loop) at the BOUQUETINS chairlift in Prapoutel**.**
It consists of:
● 25 km Trail: on path, ski slope and forest.
○ Demanding circuit for trained people. 1,650 m of elevation gain.
○ Only race with a time barrier at 9:40 AM in front of TLS Pincerie.
○ Start: 8:30 AM
● 18 km Trail: on path, ski slope and forest.
○ Demanding circuit with 1,050 m of elevation gain.
○ Start at 8:40 AM
● 10 km Nature race: on path and forest.
○ Circuit with 450 m of elevation gain.
○ Start at 8:50 AM
● Nordic Walking: Discovery of Prapoutel resort
○ 10 km circuit on the same route as the nature race in reverse direction.
○ Start at 8:30 AM
○ Reverse route of the 10km nature race
○ Priority to runners, No ranking.
● Nordic Walking Initiation:
○ Adapted 2 km route
○ Start at 9:00 AM from the starting line
○ Places limited to 20 people per guide.
● A Biathlon animation on the Pleynet and Prapoutel side for children will be set up with registration at the tourist office.
○ Start at 9:00 AM in front of the tourist office
Warning: all schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions and current federal recommendations.
Bib collection will take place the day before the event at the race site in Prapoutel from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on-site until one hour before the race start.
No bib for nordic walking but a distinctive item will be given upon registration.
The start will be given at the foot of the Bouquetins chairlift facing the resort shops.****
The bib must be worn on the front and visible throughout the entire duration of the race.

Proposed Routes
- 10 km – discovery: accessible loop around Prapoutel, ideal for beginners, with alpine trails and panoramas.
- 18 km – intermediate: technical route connecting Prapoutel to Pipay before returning to the resort, with sustained climbs.
- 25 km – advanced: demanding itinerary crossing ridges and valleys, allowing you to cover both slopes between Prapoutel, Pipay and le Pleynet.
