Trail du Mont-Avril

The Mont Avril Trail, a unique sporting event in the Côte Chalonnaise, with challenges for all levels and all desires!

What you will find on site:

• A Youth Race "Biathlon discovery" (Benjamins, Minimes): 2.5 km with 40 m of D+, followed by 2 shots. A small penalty loop is added for each missed shot.

• Progressive trail: 7.3 km with 280 m of D+. Participants choose to run 1 to 4 loops.

• Progressive duo trail: Duo running 1 to 4 loops of 7.3 km together. Cadets and juniors follow specific rules regarding the number of loops.

• Adult discovery race “Biathlon découverte”: 2.5 km with 40 m of D+, followed by 2 shots and penalty loops if necessary.

• Untimed Nordic walking: 7.3 km, with the possibility of doing 1 or 2 loops.

• Strategically placed refreshment points for everyone: at km 7.3 - 14.6 - 21.9 - 29.2 for the trails, at km 7.3 - 14.6 for the walks, and at km 2.7 for the discovery biathlon.
