Trail Glazig

The races at the beginning of the year are full of challenges. Technical courses, cold, wind and even (sometimes) snow. The Glazig Trail is one of the proud representatives of these events that are as invigorating as they are daring!

What you will find on site:

• A multitude of races from 5 to 54 km;

• Refreshments, toilets, showers and more than 450 attentive volunteers;

• Multi-purpose terrain between coastal paths and beaches.

Course focus:

The Glazig Trail is a major sporting event in Brittany created in 2002. Between land and sea, it brings together 5,000 participants every year who come to compete in the harsh winter conditions Breton (we even saw snowflakes there, yes yes!). All departures are from Plourhan for a memorable trip along steep courses. Seaside landscapes, protected trails, fine sandy beaches… and long live Brittany.

Don't skip the training to take on the technical courses of the 54 km event and its 1,290 m of D+. The most daring (crazy) will opt for the Défi Kinetik and its 73 km accumulated over 2 days. Finally, the Glazig Trail can also be experienced as a family with a distance for everyone, and even several events for the little ones.

• The raw beauty of the Côtes-d'Armor. It smells good of seaweed.
