Val Tho Summit Games

Take part in the Val Tho Summit Games with the 10 km trail, ideal for testing yourself on the enchanting trails of Val Thorens, between lakes and mountains. Accessible to all runners, it is an unforgettable discovery trail experience.

For a more intense challenge, choose the 20 km route through the trails of Lac du Lou, UTMB WORLD SERIES qualifier of 20 km with 1 ITRA point, for a captivating adventure.

If you are ready for the ultimate challenge, take on the 42 km course, a complete exploration of Val Thorens, with 50 km UTMB WORLD SERIES qualification and 2 ITRA points.

For each event, it is imperative to have the following equipment: a jacket, a water supply, food, a survival blanket, a whistle and a mobile phone. In addition, these items must be presented at the request of the organizer. The refreshment points are located at kilometer 4 for the 10 km trail, at kilometers 6, 13 and 15 for the 20 km trail, at kilometers 6, 10, 18, 25, 33 and 38 for the 42 km trail, and at kilometer 3 for the Speed Trail. A full refreshment is provided at the finish of each event.
