As its name suggests, the run & bike concept is simple: part of the race on your feet, part on your bike. Equipment-wise, you'll need a bike, and a teammate if the event is a duo. Unlike other disciplines, courses are classified from XS to L based on duration, not kilometers: XS distance: under 45 min; S distance: 45 min to 1h15; M distance: 1h15 to 2h; L distance: over 2h. Winding roads, valleys, open countryside – all terrains are good for running in duo. With over 120 events organized each year, which one will you take on?
