A route, a district to explore around a key historic monument, hundreds of runners, a challenge you'll tackle with flying colors. There's a lot going on behind a race bib! Welcome to the 10km du Panthéon.
What you'll find on-site:
* First of all: the Panthéon. The charming narrow streets of Paris, the cobblestones (watch your ankles), the entire 5th arrondissement to run through with wide-eyed wonder;
* One distance only: 10 km;
* Pacers, group warm-up, starting pens, instructions, toilets — everything done properly.
Course focus:
Not to brag, but the 10km du Panthéon course is essentially a guided tour of some of Paris's most beautiful monuments. OK, we'll name them, just to make your mouth water a little: La Sorbonne, Le Jardin des Plantes, La rue Mouffetard, L'Institut du Monde Arabe, Les Arènes de Lutèce, La rue Saint-Jacques, Le Collège de France, Le quartier de la Contrescarpe. All to be admired whether you're going full speed or jogging at a leisurely pace, depending on your goal for the day. Either way, the almost non-existent elevation change won't be slowing you down 😏. We'll see you at the start line!
2 (very) good reasons to take part:
* The race is part of the Paris Master Circuit, which includes the 10km des Champs-Elysées, the 10km du Panthéon, the 10km du Trocadéro and the 10km de la Tour Eiffel. The perfect way to enjoy a truly comprehensive tour of Paris in an incredible atmosphere!
* Disconnect, let go, get swept along by the flow of runners, soak up the views and the adrenaline from the first to the last kilometre.
