Dirt paths, gentle late-morning warmth and calves ready to battle by the hundreds: that's what the Sainté of Course association has cooked up for you – and trust us, they know what they're doing.
What you'll find on site:
• A 10 km course on dirt paths, rolling but playful – you know the type? The one that makes you think it's easy… before reminding you that you haven't done enough interval training;
• A full refreshment station at the halfway point and at the finish – enough to recharge the batteries (and tell anyone who'll listen that you could have done a half-marathon);
• A summer atmosphere, attentive volunteers, and that little holiday feeling with every stride;
• Top-notch local organisation, no fuss, no gimmicks, but with that little something extra that makes you want to come back next year.
2 (very) good reasons to take part:
• Running on dirt paths in summer is a bit like drinking a chilled rosé on a terrace: it seems simple, but it does you the world of good;
• This 10 km is a real village celebration, with a crowd cheering everyone on (even the stragglers) and an atmosphere that puts major events to shame.
