5 & 10 km de Parilly

Come and beat your record on ultra-fast 5 or 10 km courses in the heart of the Parilly park, during this race organized by the Rhône Métropole Athletics Committee of Lyon, open to all, licensed or not!

What you will find there:

• Two ultra-rolling courses on asphalt roads and paths within the Parilly park.

• A team of official judges and passionate volunteers.

• Partner stands to pamper you (cryotherapy, nutrition, and much more).

3 (very) good reasons to come:

• The 5 km serves as a semi-final for the French Championships and the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes championship, open to all.

• The courses are measured and labeled, allowing qualification for the French championships (subject to the required minimums).

• A souvenir offered with the bib and rewards for the first 3 men and women, as well as for the first in each category.
