Sun, sea and watch properly set? Welcome to Palma for an experience that makes no compromises between performance and dream scenery. The Caixabank Mitja Marató Ciutat de Palma is your chance to hit the Balearic tarmac with a view of the Mediterranean and the iconic silhouette of the cathedral in your sights. Two formats, a unique atmosphere, and a city that makes you want to run... very fast.

What you'll find on site:

  • A 10 km race for those who like to go all out without straying too far from brunch;
  • A half-marathon for the more enduring ones, those who see Palma as a loop to conquer rather than a postcard;
  • A well-oiled organization: start and finish at Parc de la Mar, secure bag storage, top security, regular refreshment stations (km 4, 8, 12, 16 and at the finish), medal at the finish and little surprise in the runner's bag;

Course focus:

The route? A 100% urban loop, 100% closed to traffic, and above all 100% pleasure. You'll race down Avenida Adolfo Suárez, run along the Paseo Marítimo, launch onto the Autovía de Llevant and dash through Palma's historic center. Yes, you're going to run in one of the most beautiful Mediterranean cities, with Miró's mural as your finish point. And no, this isn't a Strava simulation with a Pinterest wallpaper background: it's very real.

3 (very) good reasons to participate:

  • To nail your PB in an XXL setting: the course is fast and the atmosphere is Spanish-style boosted.
  • Running in Palma is already traveling: seaside atmosphere, sublime architecture, salty air and palm trees on every street corner.
  • And if you're aiming for the podium? Up to €900 prize money for the rockets on the half, €300 on the 10 km. (Yes, you need to send it hard: sub-1h10/sub-1h18 on the half, sub-30'30/sub-33'30 on the 10.)
