Challenge John Carlos

Come and surpass yourself at this obstacle course in the Hauts de France! This challenge will take place at the Swat Park John Carlos in Uxem, it will put your body to the test with strength, endurance and obstacle tests.

On the program:

• 8 a.m. - 8:50 a.m. Collection of your package with times for the events

• 9 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Briefing and explanation of the tests

• 10 a.m. Start of the tests

• 4:30 p.m. Awards ceremony

In total, 4 events on the day, two in the morning and two in the afternoon:

• WOD 300 with a time-cap of 18 minutes

• Wod Endurance

• Timed obstacle course event

• WOD Technique

The cumulative time for events 1 – 2 and 3 will determine the final winner. The technical WOD is not included in the final ranking.
