Courir pour un regard

A three-person relay, 3 x 8 km, a healthy dose of team spirit and a hint of personal challenge: welcome to Courir pour un Regard. Here, we run for performance, for the cause and for the pleasure of crossing the finish line together — for the benefit of visually impaired children in Languedoc Roussillon.

What you'll find on the day:

• A relay of 8 km to be covered three times, each person taking their turn, on a course with no major difficulty;
• A lively start from the car park of the cave coopérative d'Ouveillan;
• An inter-company challenge to represent your organisation on the ground and aim for the podium;
• Prizes for the top finishers overall, mixed, women's and corporate categories… plus a few surprises via prize draws;
• Refreshments on the course, a drinks stand at the finish, smooth organisation and safety guaranteed.

Course focus:

The 8 km circuit, mapped out on roads and easy paths, lets you give everything you've got, whether you're a casual Sunday sprinter or a seasoned long-distance runner. Each relay runner completes the same distance, then hands over (literally just a slap of the hand) to their teammate in front of the timekeeper. The terrain is accessible, but be warned: when you know you've got "only" 8 km to push through, you tend to go into the red… and that's where it really hurts.
