• Flat courses, ideal if you are there for a record!
• Refreshments, luggage storage, changing rooms, showers, toilets, and much more.
• Refreshments at the start, every 5 km, and at the finish of each event.
• Prizes for the best, not forgetting the free t-shirt for everyone!

• Pacemakers will be there to help you reach your goal.

On-site registrations increased by €5 subject to availability of bibs (only the day before the race!)
