The course is still as demanding and has not become flatter over time, but remains accessible to all!

Practical information
ℹ️ Relay teams: pass on the chip and the bib, it is advisable to have a bib holder to facilitate your transitions!
🥘 Hot meal on arrival included for each athlete. possible to book additional meals for your companions (€5) in the registration form
🅿️ Parking: a parking ticket at the single rate for the day of the race is offered to you when you register
🆙 Collection of bibs
- Saturday March 30 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Decathlon GRASSE (Highly recommended)
- Sunday March 31 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: collection of the last bibs on the Cours Honoré Cresp
📆 Program
- 7:30 a.m.: opening of the transition area
- 8:45 a.m.: closing of the transition area
- 8:50 a.m.: pre-race briefing.
- 9:00 a.m. : start of individual event
- 9:10 a.m.: start of relay event
- 1:00 p.m.: awards ceremony
