Foulées des épis

The Parents' Association (APEL) of the Notre-Dame de Lourdes Institution has put together a day just the way we like it. A country atmosphere, lots of good humor, and a pinch of madness... That's the recipe for the Foulées de l'Épis!

What you'll find on site:

• Courses for all ages and all levels (even for those who only run after dessert).

• Refreshments along the courses and at the finish line.

• A snack bar and daycare.

• A group Zumba session to warm up your calves to the beat.

• A warm, festive, and slightly offbeat atmosphere. We're in Flanders, eh!

• It's family-friendly, friendly, and supportive: all profits will go to 1pas2plus and 1 sourire pour Naomie.

• You'll be sweating to Shakira before you've even run, thanks to the warm-up Zumba.

• The courses take you into the heart of nature. Country-style, but not cushy!
