Foulées du Muguet

Ready to hit the Normandy beaches and be buffeted by the offshore wind? Welcome to the Trail du Muguet in Ouistreham!

What you'll find there:

• 9 km of fun on the Promenade de la Paix and the D-Day landing beaches, with a timed race suitable for ages 16 and up.

• Timed Nordic walking, for those who prefer to move forward in power mode without lifting their knees too much.

• 6 km Cani-cross, because running is good, but with your dog, it's even better.

• Free children's races (500m, 1 km and 3 km) to introduce the youngest to the adrenaline rush of the start.

Course focus:

The Foulées du Muguet is sand, wind, boards, and maximum energy on terrain that's ideal for testing yourself. Last year, nearly 330 runners took part, and this year, it's your turn! Want a race that flies by at full speed in a postcard-perfect setting? Then come see if your legs can keep up with the Normandy sea spray!
