Foulées du Muguet

Ready to hit the Normandy beaches and get blown around by the sea breeze? Welcome to the Trail du Muguet in Ouistreham!

What you'll find there:

• 9 km of fun along the Promenade de la Paix and the D-Day beaches, with a timed race open to participants aged 16 and over.

• Timed Nordic walking, for those who prefer to power forward without lifting their knees too much.

• 6 km Cani-cross, because running is great, but running with your dog is even better.

• Free kids' races (500m, 1 km and 3 km) to introduce the little ones to the thrill of the starting line.

Course highlights:

Les Foulées du Muguet means sand, wind, boardwalks, and maximum energy on a terrain perfect for pushing your limits. Last year, nearly 330 runners took the plunge, and this year, it's your turn! Want a race that flies by against a picture-postcard backdrop? Then come and see if your legs can keep up with the Norman sea spray!
