Les foulées hamoises

We'll warn you right away. By taking part in this race, you're signing up for two things: your bib, yes. But also a pure dose of good humor in your face. So, are you convinced?

What you'll find on site:

• A 10 km race to run at full speed or jog peacefully, two formats of Nordic walking as well as children's races (yes, they can enjoy them too);

• Entertainment for young and old;

• Wooded courses, a few segments on the tarmac in the city's alleys, and a maximum of supporters throughout the race.

Focus course:

The Foulées Hamoises is a bit like THE definition of the family race par excellence. The rolling courses are super enjoyable, taking you through the small streets of Basse-Ham cleared just for you, passing through wooded paths and - of course - the town's water sports center, all in a good-natured atmosphere (sprinkled with the spirit of competition to beat the neighbor / dad / siblings. Still).
