This way for the trail shoes and the wry smiles: head to the Foulées Valdéricourtiennes, the event that brings together runners, walkers and young champions in the heart of summer, a stone's throw from Béthune. A real nature race with an extra dose of good humor and two slag heaps as guest stars.

What you'll find on site:

• A 9 km for trail or walking enthusiasts;

• A 19 km off-road race that plays explorer through 4 villages, with the ascent of two slag heaps - the thighs will remember you;

• Children's races of 500 m and 1 km in the Saint-Casimir woods, to start the legend very early;

• A great organization, ultra-motivated volunteers, and an atmosphere that smells of summer and conviviality;

• Well-thought-out refreshment stations to get your ideas back in order after the hills.
