No fixed distance. No imposed finish line. The goal: see how far you can go.

FUSE is a new urban triathlon format based on progressive rounds - think beep test, but across three disciplines back to back. In swimming and running, the time allowed to complete each length or lap decreases with every round. On the stationary bike, resistance increases. You move to the next discipline when a round is no longer validated - and you push your own limits until the very end.

From 45 min to 2h of effort depending on your fitness on the day. No logistics needed: a swimsuit and running shoes are all you need, everything else is on site.
