Join us for the Grand Raid du Finistère, an unforgettable sporting adventure starting from Telgruc-sur-Mer, in Brittany. This event offers a unique opportunity to push your limits while enjoying the wild beauty of the Finistère department.

Ultra with a Breton twist, customs trails, bumps, lots of bumps, but also some more rolling sections, but above all: a trail to be done independently, without markings. Adventure in its simplest form!

Take 5 minutes to immerse yourself in the world of GRF, elected Trail of the year 2023 , with the aftermovie of the last edition .

Focus on the courses :

• Trail 166 km
• The Lanveoc 92 km
• Camaret-sur-mer 54 km

Mandatory material :

Personal bib visible at all times, GPS beacon (provided when collecting the bib), GPS watch, GPS and/or smartphone with loaded GPX track, recharge while the GPX tracking tool is running (backup battery), 1.5 litre water reserve, food reserve, headlamps with charged battery or batteries (x2), whistle, personal ecocup (no cups at refreshment points), survival blanket, charged mobile phone, switched on and with sound in case of a call from the Race PC, waterproof rain jacket and flashing red LED to be positioned on the bag (or have a headlamp equipped with this visibility system).

No distribution of plastic bottles is planned during the event. Taps will be installed for supplies. It is up to you to anticipate and send your own provisions, which the organization will take care of depositing at the pre-established supply points.

Time barriers:

Argol (km38) - Barrier at 10:30 p.m. (11:00 p.m. for relays)

Lanvéoc (km74) - Barrier at 06:00 (06:30 for relays)

Camaret (km112) - Barrier at 12:00 (12:30 for relays)

Cap de la chèvre (km137) - Barrier at 6:00 p.m. (6:30 p.m. for relays)

Food truck from 12 p.m. to midnight on the Telgruc-sur-mer square.

Awards ceremony scheduled for 7 p.m.

Concert from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
