La course du Bois de la Grange

Get ready for an adventure in the heart of nature in the town of Limeil-Brévannes, very close to Créteil! You will be immersed in the thick forest of La Grange for a most exciting course.

What you will find on site:

• A dynamic warm-up led by a Zumba instructor

• Courses accessible to all with the possibility of participating in the "LA PETITE GRANGE" race with your child. (no obligation to run with them)

• A warm atmosphere of running enthusiasts

Focus on the course:

Start off at full speed (or not!) from the athletics track, then cover 500 meters of asphalt before arriving at your favorite playground: the wooded trails of Limeil-Brévannes. There, you will cover 3 kilometers at your own pace, enjoying every moment without any elevation gain. And since you found this course so easy and enjoyable, you will commit to running it twice!
