🎸 Event Evening: Wepa Wepa Concert

• Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Artists: The band Wepa Wepa (Pop and festive French songs).
• Access: Free and open to all.
• Services: A foodtruck and a refreshment stand will be present on site to enjoy a friendly moment before race day.

• 08:30 AM | 10 km Elite: For runners aiming for under 50 minutes
• 09:45 AM | 10 km Timed: For runners over 50 minutes
• 11:20 AM | 5 km Timed
• 12:00 PM | 5 km Free Pace: Race or walk without timing, open to all

 

Note on Elite Starting Area: A preferential zone at the start is reserved for the fastest runners (10 km Elite: Men < 38 min / Women < 40 min; 5 km Timed: Men < 20 min / Women < 22 min).

 

🎫 Registration and Race Numbers

• Registration deadline: October 22, 2026 at 10:00 PM.
• Race number pickup (at Complexe Paul Bourzac):
  • Friday, October 23: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
  • Saturday, October 24: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
  • Sunday, October 25: from 7:45 AM (until 30 minutes before each start).

 

🛠️ On-Site Services

• Bag storage: Backpacks in the gymnasium (€1 per bag).
• Warm-up: A group warm-up is organized before the start of the 5km free pace.
• Pacemakers: Available on the 10 Km timed races to help you achieve your goal.
• Solidarity Commitment: A collection point for your old sports gear will be set up for donation to partner associations (circular economy).

 

📄 Medical Certificate / License / PPS

For timed races: Participation requires presenting one of the following documents:

• FFA License (Athlé Compétition / Entreprise / Running / Pass J'aime Courir)
• OR Medical certificate < 1 year stating no contraindication to competitive running
• OR PPS (Parcours Prévention Santé) less than 12 months old

For the 5 km Free Pace: ➡️ No medical certificate required

 

♿ PMR Accessibility

• The courses are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
• The village areas, race number pickup and bag storage zones are also accessible.

 

🚗 Parking

Official parking is at Auchan Aubière parking lots, located approximately 600 m from the start. This helps streamline access and secure the race area.

 

💙 Solidarity and Impact

The entirety of registration fees is donated to Fonds de Dotation La Courstache. These funds finance concrete actions in the fight against male cancers, including:

 

• Adapted Physical Activity sessions for patients.
• Purchase of medical equipment for Clermont-Ferrand hospitals.
• Socio-aesthetic care to improve patients' well-being.

 

🧒 Minimum Age for Participants

According to official regulations:

• 5 km Timed: born in 2013 or before
• 10 km (Elite & Timed): born in 2010 or before
• 5 km Free Pace: open to all, no age limit, but children must be accompanied by an adult

 

Don't forget: wearing a mustache (real, makeup or fake) is the essential symbol of your participation!
