Head to the Parc de Buisson Rond for a relay race where every lap counts. For an hour, you and your partner will take turns at full speed, on a 1 km course that winds through trails, forest paths and undergrowth.
More of a relaxing team? No worries! A 6 km hike also awaits you, to enjoy the beauty of the park at your own pace. With friends or family, it's the ideal opportunity for a stress-free nature walk. 🏃♂️🌳

For the timed relay, there will be only one refreshment point at the finish of each lap. For the 6 km hike, there will be no refreshment point provided. Don't forget to bring your own eco-cup or tumbler, as none will be provided on site.
