La marseillaise des femmes

Do you dream of running surrounded by your best friends, your sister or your mother? Head to the Phocaean city for an unusual race organized between the city and the beaches!

• An emblematic women's race in Marseille;

• A 5.4 km course to run or walk depending on your mood;

• Refreshments and instructions on site.

Course focus:

Founded in 2010, the Marseillaise des Femmes is a solidarity race that is committed to defending women's health and rights. €1 from the price of your bib is donated to breast cancer research and Amnesty International, enough to motivate you to train hard to reach the finish line! But before that, meet along the Prado beaches for a group warm-up before the big start. The special feature of the course (apart from its holiday landscape): it can be run or walked, it's up to you.

This unifying event with a good taste of comeback counts no less than 10,000 registrations each year and holds the title of the biggest women's race in the south of France. And because we can already hear you whining from here: yes, male participants are allowed! Provided you are invited by women and you forgo the ranking.
