La ronde castriote

Embark on an unforgettable sporting adventure by participating in the Ronde Castriote! This event takes place in Castries, a charming town located in the Hérault department, in the Occitanie region. Whatever your level, you will find a race that suits you:

• Trail 19 km: 19 km course with a positive elevation gain of 200 meters.
• Trail 8 km: 8 km course with a positive elevation gain of 60 meters.
• Trail 13 km: 13 km course with a positive elevation gain of 120 meters.
• 7 km hike: Route with no elevation gain, ideal for walking enthusiasts.
• 600m children’s race: 0.6km course, a free race for the little ones.
• Children’s race 1.6 km: 1.6 km course with a positive elevation gain of 15 meters, also free.
• 3 km children's race: 3 km course, a great opportunity for young runners.

The Ronde Castriote is more than just a race, it is a true sporting experience. Get ready to experience some great moments and push your limits. Don't forget to consult the instructions for participants and check the mandatory equipment before the event.

And if you have some time before or after the race, why not enjoy the natural beauty of the area? The Château de Castries, with its magnificent park and aqueduct, is worth a visit. Be aware, however, that this is only a suggestion, and that exploring the town is not included in the event.
