La Sange'Run

Participating in one of the La Sange'Run events will allow you to discover a truly captivating place; the Massif des Bauges regional natural park. This place is distinguished by its preservation of wildlife and the serenity it exudes. You will progress mainly on mountain paths that will test your physical resistance due to their height difference. Departures and arrivals from the Saint-Jean-d'Arvey village hall .

Discover the routes below:

• Mont Peney Trail 23 km
• Little Sangerain and Hiking 11.5 km

You will need to have a minimum of 0.5 L of water, a whistle, a survival blanket, a charged mobile phone with the race PC number ( 06.88.94.52.17) and food such as cereals, gels, fruit or biscuits.

There will be full refreshment stations at kilometers 6.5 and 13.5 for the 23 km trail, at kilometer 6.5 for the trail and the 11.5 km hike, and a last one at the finish for all events. Personal refreshment stations are only allowed at official areas.

Ready to participate? Registrations are limited to 250 participants per event, so don't delay in registering!
