Les capitelles solidaires

Running with purpose, running with commitment, running beautifully, Les Capitelles Solidaires gives meaning to every stride. Head to Laure-Minervois, in the heart of the Languedoc landscapes, for a nature race where sport meets solidarity. You come to sweat, you leave with something extra.

What you'll find on site:

• Three formats for every taste: a 3.6 km nature race around the lake, a trail of 10 km or 18 km, and a hiking route of 10 km;
• A 99% natural playground (yes, we counted), among vineyards, garrigue and capitelles;
• A solidarity event whose proceeds support the schooling and improvement of teaching conditions for children in Africa, in partnership with the association Au Fil Du Désert.

Course focus:

Here, no gimmicks needed. The scenery does the job. The start is given at the lake of Laure-Minervois, before quickly heading out onto the hiking trails of the Capitelles. Vineyards as far as the eye can see, fragrant garrigue, winding paths: the Minervois reveals itself unfiltered.
