Les Foulées des CaenRunners

Les Foulées des CaenRunners returns for a second edition that promises to be intense and accessible to everyone. Just steps away from Caen, Louvigny becomes the perfect playground to run, push yourself or simply enjoy a nature race.

What you'll find on site:

• Two friendly races for all levels: 7.5 km or 15 km (1 or 2 loops);
• A human-scale event where each participant truly matters;
• A brand-new course crossing Louvigny and, for the first time, Fleury-sur-Orne 🌿;
• An eco-responsible approach: carpooling and soft mobility encouraged, 100% digital communication, local and made in France partners, zero superfluous gifts.

Course focus:

You run through a real piece of nature, where residents wave at you and where each loop offers you a different view of Louvigny and Fleury-sur-Orne. La Guillaume allows you to taste the experience gently, while La Mathilde offers you to double down and explore this brand-new course more deeply. The paths alternate between roads, trails and little nature surprises... enough to wake up your legs and your joy of running.
