Runners, sweat, beer, loud music… Welcome to the Montbrison Beer Marathon!

What you will find there:

• A nice choice of distances: marathon, half-marathon , 10 km, hiking, disabled sport and children's racing (without the beer option at the refreshment point);

• A whole weekend around the beer: the “The Place to Beer” evening to start the party, The Night of the Brewers to close it and other activities for your greatest entertainment;

• Good humor, courses crisscrossing the surrounding countryside, well-stocked refreshment points, lockers, toilets.

Focus on the route:

Between festival and running, at the Beer Marathon, we come together to celebrate. From marathon to hiking, the organizers make the race accessible to all levels. Get ready to run to (re)discover the region Auvergne -Rhône-Alpes, surrounded by nearly 2,000 participants as enthusiastic as you! On your way, you will come across many refreshment points where delicious regional beers await you. Well yes, we honor local brewers, No, but. You will also come across emblematic places in the area such as the Bâtie d'Urfé and the Forez ponds, among others.

That said, fun does not exclude rigor: the half and the marathon are FFA labeled. Grab your place in the Loire Marathon Championships, before having a good pint to celebrate.

And then around the running, it's party time. Two evenings to dance, pico… uh, taste, sign up for next year's edition at 3am in the morning under the influence of euphoria, pure bliss.
