Two days of triathlon with your feet in the Mediterranean, looking out towards Promenade Ramiro. MTRI Alicante is a weekend that smells of salt, controlled effort and the pleasure of running, cycling, swimming in the heart of the city. Whether you're looking for a time, your first race number or a format to share, Alicante ticks all the boxes for accessible triathlon... without compromising on standards.
Here, you swim facing Postiguet beach, you cycle and run in an urban setting open to the sea. An ideal playground to launch the season and test your legs on a key stage of the Mediterranean Triathlon circuit.

Course focus
MTRI Alicante is experienced between city and Mediterranean. The three disciplines flow together in an open, bright, perfectly readable setting, with a transition zone set up on Paseo de Gómiz, as close as possible to the action.
Whether you're going for a sharp Supersprint, a rhythmic Sprint or a more structured Olympic, everything is designed to deliver pace, handle transitions cleanly and enjoy a fluid course. Drafting is allowed, time trial bikes stay in the garage, here we play collectively, even solo.
And for pair formats, no compromise: same race number, same effort, same finish line. We start together, we finish together.
3 (very) good reasons to participate
Alicante, mid-May. The Mediterranean as a backdrop, a race number on your chest and three disciplines to string together. MTRI, this is where it starts now.
