A super-fast 3 km loop, a ticking clock, and a single goal: complete as many laps as possible in 3 hours, 6 hours or 12 hours! It's up to you to see how far you can go... but be careful, each choice is final.

Focus on the course:
3 km designed to last, because you're going to see it many, many times. An ultra-rolling route in the Leurent woods in Roncq, without tarmac or major difficulties, but with just enough climbs to keep your legs alert. Only 18 m of D+ per loop, enough to swallow up the laps without leaving too much energy... at least at the beginning. After 3h, 6h or 12h, every meter will count.
