An open, inclusive race, perfectly in sync with the rhythm of spring. Run-Saint-Genèse is the kind of event that ticks all the boxes: accessible, meaningful, and just fast-paced enough to set you on the right track ahead of the 20 km of Brussels.

What you’ll find on site:

  • Formats for all ages and all ambitions: kids’ races of 600 m and 1,200 m, followed by 5 km and 10 km races for the older runners;
  • A true event atmosphere with kids’ activities, music and a food truck to keep the vibe going;
  • A collective warm-up before the start, to get everyone moving together;
  • An event with purpose: €1 per registration donated to ASBL Arthur Forever, supporting children affected by infectious diseases such as meningitis;
  • Safety ensured by the Red Cross, so you can run focused and with peace of mind.

Course focus:

The 5 km and 10 km courses are designed to be clear, accessible and efficient. Perfect if you’re getting back into shape, working on your pace, or simply running for pleasure without overthinking it. This is clearly a spring race: smooth, lively, and ideal for checking your fitness or kicking off a more ambitious training plan. Add to that a start and finish at the Wauterbos Sports Centre, nearby parking, and a well-oiled organization: you come to run, everything else falls into place.

3 (very) good reasons to take part:

  • Sign up for a friendly, popular race firmly rooted in the calendar of Brabant and Brussels runners;
  • Share a sporty, intergenerational moment, where kids also get their own race and their moment in the spotlight;
  • Give meaning to your bib number by supporting a charitable cause, without changing your enjoyment of running.

Run-Saint-Genèse is simple, well done, and genuine. You come to run, you leave with more than just kilometers in your legs.
