Asphalt, horns, and intersections? Not for us. Here, we run in the woods, in the fresh air, with birds as supporters and, sometimes, a dog as a teammate.

What you'll find there:

• Courses for all calves: 5, 10, 14 or 19 km, it's up to you if you want to stroll, gallop or beat your personal best.

• A Rainbow Run for children: color, laughter, and above all a good excuse for them to sleep early at night.

• A great atmosphere: family-friendly, warm, and even a little furry (yes, your dog can come running with you!).

• A good cause: each registration supports the association Une Main pour un Espoir, because running for others is even more beautiful.

2 very good reasons to participate:

• Running in nature is something else than running between two bus shelters.

• Helping an association while sweating in the woods is the perfect combo for heart and calf muscles.
